We offer wound care, medication management, diabetes and continence support and ongoing health monitoring in consultation with your GP or healthcare team. Every visit is guided by the principles of respect, trust and understanding, ensuring you receive high-quality clinical care from people who genuinely care.

DVA Referral

Nursing Solutions Group is an approved provider supporting veterans under the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) Community Nursing Program. If you are a veteran or war widow, you may be eligible for funded nursing and personal care services through DVA. To get started, speak with your GP, hospital discharge planner or DVA Health Provider, who can arrange a referral for community nursing services.
